1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on DigiApps are intangible digital downloads delivered electronically.

Once a product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.


2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered via email.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.


3. Exceptions (Eligible for Refund Review)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • ✅ Technical issue preventing file access (and our support team is unable to resolve it)

  • ✅ Wrong product delivered

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do NOT provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product

  • Compatibility issues not mentioned in product description

  • Failure to read product details before purchase

  • Accidental purchase

  • We reserve the right to suspend access to all purchased products.

  • The account may be permanently restricted.
